About Upper Deck Breeze LLC
Upper Deck Breeze LLC hosts guests in the Panama City Beach, Florida area. Ed Tweed is the contact person for reservation questions.
The company currently offers three condos: an oceanfront one-bedroom at Celadon Beach Resort, and two Horizon South Resort condos a short walk from the beach. Details on this site come from those rental listings. Anything that could not be verified is left out or marked for confirmation.
Requests sent through this website go directly to the company. A request is the start of a conversation. Ed checks the dates and replies with the rate, fees, and house rules. The condo is reserved only after that follow-up is agreed.
