Privacy policy and rental disclaimer
This page describes how Upper Deck Breeze LLC handles information sent through rentpanamacitybeach.com, and the limits of a reservation request.
Information you send
The reservation form collects your name, email address, phone number, preferred condo, check-in date, check-out date, guest count, and message. That information is used to reply about availability and a possible stay. Reservation requests are delivered to reservations@rentpanamacitybeach.com, with a copy to bookings@rentpanamacitybeach.com.
The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Submitting the form sends the contents to that service so it can email the inboxes above. FormSubmit’s own privacy practices apply to that delivery.
What we do not do
Upper Deck Breeze LLC does not sell personal information. The site does not use a guest account system. If you want a request deleted, email info@rentpanamacitybeach.com.
Rental disclaimer
- Submitting the form, or emailing the company, is a request for information. It does not create a reservation, hold dates, or confirm a rate.
- This website is not connected to a live availability calendar. Dates are open only if Ed Tweed confirms them.
- A stay is booked only after availability, the rate, taxes, fees, and house rules are confirmed in a follow-up.
- Nightly rates are not published here because they change. A price seen on another website may differ from a direct quote.
- Parking fees and Horizon South amenity wristband fees listed on the condo pages are paid on-site to the resort or garage, unless a written quote says otherwise.
- House rules, occupancy, and minimum age differ by condo and are summarized from the current rental details. The written confirmation controls if a detail needs to be updated.
- Photos show the condos and their resort amenities. Resort facilities can change and may require a separate fee or wristband.
- Upper Deck Breeze LLC is not the resort, the homeowners association, or a third-party booking marketplace.
